Day 1 – Airport – Antigua Guatemala – 1 hr //
Welcome at the airport. At your arrival, one of our representative will assist you and transfer you to Antigua Guatemala, approximately 40 kms. Overnight at Antigua Guatemala.

Day 2 – Antigua Guatemala Walking Tour – 4 hrs B//

The Old City has a large number of ruins and restored colonial buildings, which are a fraction of the magnificent colonial architecture of the city, the museum contains a large collection of religious art, sculptures, furniture and murals depicting colonial life. Antigua Guatemala is known as the city of the “Perpetuate Roses”, partially destroyed by the Earthquakes of Santa Marta in 1773, declared in 1965 “The colonial Monument of America” and in 1979 declared as Cultural Heritage of the Humanity by the UNESCO. Visit to most beautiful church of Antigua Guatemala, La Merced, visit the Arms Plaza, Cathedral, you will also visit the University of San Carlos de Borromeo (now the Colonial Museum). Overnight in Antigua Guatemala.

Day 3 – Chichicastenango Tour and Atitlán – 6 hrs B//

Early in the morning after breakfast, departure to Chichicastenango. Visit the colorful indigenous market, one of the largest trading centers in the Mayan world since pre-Hispanic times. Chichicastenango is well known for its famous market days on Thursdays and Sundays where vendors sell handicrafts, food, flowers, pottery, wooden boxes, condiments, medicinal plants, candles and many more. Sightings of Santo Tomás Church and Cerro Pascual. Transfer to Atitlán Lake. Overnight at Atitlán.

Day 4 – Boat Ride Tour at Lake Atitlán – 8 hrs B//

Boat tour and visit the two villages of the lake: San Juan and Santiago. It is one of the most famous natural sites in Guatemala and one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Santiago is the most popular lakeside settlement outside Panajachel, and many atitecos (as its people are known) cling to a traditional Tz’utujil Mayan lifestyle. Women weave and wear huipiles (tunics) embroidered with brilliantly colored birds and flowers, and the cofradías town’s maintain the ceremonies and rituals of tradition, the traditions and practices of Mayan Catholicism. There’s a large art and crafts scene here as well. Back to Panajachel. Transfer to Antigua Guatemala. Overnight.

 

Day 5 – Guatemala City + the Flower´s Route – 10 hrs B//

In the morning Sightseeing City Tour through Guatemala City: visit the National Palace of Culture, Plaza de la Constitution and Metropolitan Cathedral. Then, transfer to the Flower´s Route in El Salvador. This is one of the most popular tourist destinations and named for its abundance of flowers on the picturesque road. Colorful villages, coffee, natural beauty, crafts, cuisine, festivals, mild weather. Observe the elaboration of handicrafts of the zone and make shopping in the local stores. Overnight at the Flower´s Route.

Day 6 – Flower´s Route + Lake & Volcano Complex – 8 hrs B//

After breakfast, the visit to Nahuizalco Town to see the local famous handcrafts. Then, continue to one of the most wanted tours in El Salvador and most characteristic natural attributes of the country: the Lake and Volcano Complex. This incredible tour is a sightseeing of Izalco Volcano better known as the Lighthouse of the Pacific, the natural reserve of Cerro Verde, an inactive volcano located at an altitude of 2.035 meters above sea level and the Volcano Ilamatepec (or Santa Ana Volcano), the highest volcano and most voluminous of the coastal range. Later, visit the Volcanic Lake “Coatepeque” amongst the ten most beautiful lakes in the world. Night at the Flower´s Route.

Day 7 – Tazumal, Santa Ana, Esquipulas, Copán – 8 hrs B//

After breakfast, visit Tazumal archeological site and the city of Santa Ana. Sightseeing tour to the Cathedral, Theatre and Town Hall. Continue to Copán, on the way, visit Esquipulas to see the miraculous statue of the Black Christ. Overnight at Copán.

 

Day 8 – Copán Day Tour – 4hrs B//

After breakfast, visit to the archaeological site of Copán. Local guided tour through the archeological site (4 hours). For many years, Copán Ruins has been famous for its magnificent Mayan Ruins declared UNESCO World Heritage Archaeological Site in 1980. This magnificent park known as the more artistic Mayan civilization is perhaps the greatest source of information of this ancient civilization. Copán Ruins is considered today as the Paris of the Mayan world in Central America. Afternoon at leisure. Night at Copán.

Day 9 – Copán Day Tour – 4hrs B//
At the designated time, transfer to Suchitoto, El Salvador. On the way, visit the mountains of Chalatenango in the north of the country; visit the artisan village of La Palma, where you can watch the artisans of the place, hand-paint typical crafts of the area with designs by the famous Salvadoran painter Fernando Llort. Overnight Suchitoto.

Day 10 – Suchitoto Day Tour – 6 hrs B//

The Suchitoto day tour is a beautiful visit to the enchanting city of Suchitoto, also known as the “Place of Flower Bird” for its name in Nahuatl. Suchitoto offers an essence of ancient city with colonial architecture that seems like the time has stopped. Visit its beautiful cobbled streets, art galleries, crafts and home of one of the main attractions of the city for its structure and historical importance: the Santa Lucia church, built in 1853. The founding of Suchitoto is attributed to the Pipiles, who settled in the present Salvadoran territory of Cuscatlán halfway through the 11th century and were one of the most veteran indigenous tribes that fought against the Spanish conquistadors in the beginning of the 17th century. The city is known as the “Cradle of History and Culture” for all the wealth it contains. Overnight at Suchitoto.

Day 11 – Joya de Cerén + Transfer to the beach – 1h30mins B//

After breakfast, transfer to Joya de Cerén Archeological site. Known as the Pompeii of the Americas for its valuable contribution to modern understanding of the Mayan Civilization, this archeological site is the only UNESCO protected of the country since 1993. It is a unique destination in all the Mayan World where you will discover the preserved houses of these ancestors covered by several explosions that allowed the conservation of the city. This is with no doubt a must when you visit El Salvador. Then, transfer to the Pacific Coastline. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of El Salvador. Overnight at the beach.

Day 12 – “Beach day + Transfer Out” – 3h 30 mins B//

Three hours before flight departure to the Comalapa International Airport of El Salvador. Have a nice Trip! End of our services.
